Landolt 620: open stern, little freeboard
The Landolt shipyard on Lake Constance has built a daysailer based on the Zugvogel. The result is something quite unique and equally appealing

The greatest similarities lie in the rigging, which was borrowed from an existing migratory bird at the shipyard. Underneath: A narrow, flat hull with a classic look thanks to the sloping stem, but with an open stern. The whole thing has a large cockpit and slip cabin including berths and fine woodwork. This gem from the south is well worth seeing: an alternative to the ever-growing competition from daysailers in portrait.
